fija App Launch Raffle – Terms & Conditions

Registered as a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) in the Czech Republic.

1.1 The raffle is open to natural persons who:
    1.1.1 Are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry; and
    1.1.2 Are residents of the European Economic Area (EEA) or any other jurisdiction where participation in such promotional activities is not prohibited by applicable local laws.

1.2 Employees of fija Group or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

2.1 The raffle begins on 07.04.2025 and ends on 25.04.2025.

3.1 To participate in the raffle, eligible individuals must:

    3.1.1 Sign up for the fija App at app.fija.io;
    3.1.2 Select the “fija Raffle” option during the registration process;
    3.1.3 Deposit and invest a minimum of USD 50 equivalent in any of the fija yield strategies;
    3.1.4 Optionally, visit Booth No. 66 at Paris Blockchain Week (PBW) to collect a physical fija Welcome Package.

3.2 Only one (1) entry per participant is permitted. Multiple registrations will be disqualified.

3.3 Entries submitted after the promotion period will not be considered.

4.1 The following prizes will be awarded:

    4.1.1 Three (3) winners will each receive USD 200 in fija USDC tokens, credited to the wallet address provided during registration;
    4.1.2 All eligible participants will receive a non-cash fija Welcome Package at the PBW booth.

4.2 Digital prizes will be delivered within thirty (30) days following the announcement of the winners.

5.1 Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries.

5.2 The draw will take place no later than 15 May 2025.

5.3 Winners will be notified via email using the contact information submitted at registration.

5.4 If a winner does not confirm acceptance of the prize within seven (7) calendar days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate participant.

5.5 The organizer’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence regarding the outcome will be entered into.

6.1 Any applicable taxes, duties, or charges associated with the receipt of a prize are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

6.2 Participants are advised to consult with their local tax authorities regarding any reporting obligations.

7.1 This raffle constitutes a promotional activity and shall not be considered gambling, a lottery, or an investment offering under applicable laws.

7.2 No part of the prize pool is funded by participant investments.

7.3 The organizer reserves the right to:

    7.3.1 Verify participant eligibility;
    7.3.2 Disqualify fraudulent, incomplete, or non-compliant entries;
    7.3.3 Modify, suspend, or terminate the raffle at any time to ensure legal or regulatory compliance.

8.1 By participating, entrants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data (such as email address and wallet address) solely for the purposes of administering the raffle and delivering prizes.

8.2 Personal data will be processed in accordance with the organizer’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR.

9.1 The organizer shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from:

    9.1.1 Technical malfunctions or service disruptions;
    9.1.2 Failed or delayed participation due to third-party systems or networks;
    9.1.3 Force majeure events or events beyond the organizer’s reasonable control.

10.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic.

10.2 Any disputes arising from or relating to this raffle shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Prague, Czech Republic.
